Good day to All,
As we are approaching 2023, I would like to say to all our members and supporters, a massive thank you. Thank you for all your support, encouraging words, and kindness you have shown the committee, the Nerja branch, and myself.
This year we have introduced the Masquerade Ball which was very successful and we will be hosting it again in April 2023. As a branch, we have given our chosen charity the Personnel Recovery Centre in Edinburgh 5000€ and after another successful Poppy season, we will be sending the district 8500€. We have been also active on the membership front and have introduced new members who are enjoying our functions and making new friends.
I hope to see many of you in the next coming months at a lunch, quiz night, the Burns Supper, or the Masquerade Ball. On that note, finally, I would like to wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas and a healthy, happy and prosperous 2023.

The 2021 Poppy Ball will be held at the Caves Restaurant, Maro on November 12th. The cost of the evening is €40 for members and €45 for non-members. Please see flyer below.

Armed Forces Lunch June 24, 2021

Our Armed Forces Lunch will be held at Al Andalus Hotel, Maro next Thursday the 24th of June. As usual, welcome drinks and canopies will be served before the lunch from 1pm to 1-30pm. Two big reminders: You are encouraged to wear your medals or medals of family members. Also, we are collecting nappies for the Nerja Food Bank to follow up Dorothy’s shoebox appeal. Nappies are desperately needed to help our local community families. Please bring any size bag of nappies.
